Proven reference design - ready to manufacture
Our physical reference design comes with extensive design, safety and manufacturing documentation offering a "good to go" product solution to manufacturers.
The reference design has passed regulatory pre-complance testing for appropriate European and North American standards. Extensive "Use Case Testing" has been conducted to check that the product design does not cause any user issues with respect to, for example: implanted medical devices (eg pacemakers), magnetic media (eg smart cards, credit cards, harddrives etc), wireless reception (eg: AM/FM radio, DAB radio, WiFi, BT etc) and possible accidental and deliberate misuse scenarios.
Safety is designed-in. A real time legitimate device detection system and associated control functions are designed to activate the charger only when a legitimate Splashpower recever is detected.
