Designing with Splashpower
Splashpower have significant expertise in the implementation of effective wireless power systems, product technologies and product designs. Our expertise includes: magnetics, power electronics, product design, IC design, design verification, design for manufacture and product verification - including regulatory test requirements. We have the competence to deliver wireless power for portable electronic devices and have built a valuable IP and patent portfolio over some six years of research, development and product design.
For example, our technology modules include:
- High efficiency receiver which can be configured to match device charge specifications
- Real time legitimate device detection to prevent charger misuse
- Automatic low power down, meeting European EnergyStar guidelines
- Scaleable magnetics topologies to support immediate and future product markets

Flexible and scaleable product technologies
| Our product technology is functionally flexible and scaleable to meet a wide variety of customer applications and requirements. For example changing the mains downconversion module in our reference charger allows automotive DC input voltages to be used for in-car applications. High power can also be realised with scaled power electronics. | ||||
