Graham Paul Bushby and Lynn Robert Bailey were appointed Joint Administrators on 26 March 2008 to manage the business, affairs and property of the Company.

The Joint Administrators act solely as agents to the Company without personal liability.

Graham Paul Bushby is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales under registration No. 8736

Lynn Robert Bailey is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Insolvency Practitioners Association under registration No. 6496

Splashpower history

The Splashpower idea came out of our daily frustration with the way things are. Charging our mobile devices is a hassle and we wanted to make it simple.

We can all relate to the frustration of hunting for the right charger, searching for free socket spaces or fiddling with connectors just to keep our mobile gadgets juiced-up.

So early on we set ourselves some plain goals:

• Eliminate the need for a different charger for every gadget
• Charge more than one device at a time
• Find a way to make the whole process easy and hassle-free

Going wireless was the obvious, though far-from-trivial solution (of course - if it had been trivial it would have already been done). But after several years hard slog, numerous technical dead-ends and thanks to the assembled intellect of some of the country's brightest engineers, Splashpower has developed the world's first universal wireless power solution.
